Family Hubs - Update on Family Practitioner Service

As part of ongoing local developments within Children’s Services, the Family Practitioner service has now been absorbed into Family Thrive. However, Family Hubs will continue to provide a wide range of evidence-based interventions, parenting programmes, and family support services.
